1. Do not smoke. After the research of experts proves that smoking a cigarette after a meal equal to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is greater).

2. Do not eat fruits immediately. Eat fruits immediately after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore, eat fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1 hour before a meal.

3. Do not drink tea. Why? Because in tea leaves contain a high content of acid. These substances will cause the levels of protein contained in the food we eat will harden making it difficult to digest.

4. Do not loosen your belt. Due to loosen the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be played and blocked.

5. Do not shower. With the bathing will cause an increase in blood flow to the body, the hands and feet so that the amount of blood around the stomach will be reduced so that it will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
